CATEGORY 1 - SOCIETY: The society is governed according to up-to-date, complete and well-defined Bylaws which guide the board in operating the school society.
CATEGORY 2 - BOARD: The board shall adopt and conduct its ordinary business using a policy governance model of decision making for various parts of the organization, but especially the school operation. |
